• Achievement of ZERO DEFECTS and 100% on time service delivery performance;
• Ensure management of processes, quality systems by competent personnel to consistently furnishes services in a cost effectively manner that meet customer needs and expectation;
• Conduct operations, procure equipment/materials in conformance with, and to exceed, all applicable specifications and regulations of the jurisdictions in which we do business.
• Provide a Quality Management System capable of promoting continual improvement of our processes in line with requirements of ISO 9001:2015
• Ensure continual improvement of our processes through employee’s participation and involvement.
